The Mosque of Haji Et’hem Beu built in Tirana between the end of the XVIII century and the beginning of the XIX. Its foundations were laid by Bey Mullet at the end of the XVIII century, with the continuation of work during the quarter century by his son Haji Ethem Bey, who completed in the year 1236, of the Islamic calendar (1820-1821).
