Skender Skenduli, another rich landowner, built his house in 1823 during the most prosperous period of Gjirokaster. The house has two courtyards and is unique for having an internal and an external staircase. The 46 chimneys of the house, the numerous wooden ceiling decorations, indicate the richness of the Skënduli family and give a unique value to the house.
